Contrary to what some might believe, the FCTA emphasized that only one land title, located in the central area, belongs to the PDP. The claims suggesting that two properties were revoked are inaccurate. Furthermore, the land in Wuse Zone 5, which houses the party’s national headquarters, is not owned by the PDP. Instead, it belongs to an individual named Mr. Samaila Ofi. Let me repeat that for emphasis: the land hosting the PDP headquarters is not theirs—it's Mr. Ofi's.

According to Nwankwoeze, Mr. Ofi owes a 28-year ground rent amounting to ₦2.85 million. The revocation notice was officially served to him at his Kaduna address, which is the address on record with the FCTA. Here’s what Nwankwoeze had to say:

"The land in Wuse Zone 5, currently occupied by the PDP's national headquarters, does not belong to the PDP. It belongs to Mr. Samaila Ofi, and the revocation notice was served on him at his Kaduna address, as per our records. We did not serve any revocation notice to the PDP. The only notice we served them with was for the land in the central area. You don't serve a revocation notice to a tenant or occupier; you serve it to the title holder."

To shed more light on the situation, Nwankwoeze explained that Mr. Ofi purchased the property from Wadata and had the papers registered by way of assignment.
